South Orange, N.J. - Seton Hall men's soccer looks to close out their non-conference schedule with a win when they travel to Princeton, New Jersey, on Tuesday to take on Princeton. Game time is scheduled for 7 p.m.
The game will be broadcast on ESPN+, which requires a subscription. 
This will be the 34th all-time meeting between the two teams, the last two of which ended in victories for the Pirates.

SERIES HISTORY
- Seton Hall and Princeton last met on October 10, 2023, to close out the Pirates non-conference schedule. The Pirates got the offense started early, getting on the board inside the first 10 minutes of action with a Sam Bjork off of a Jared Smith flick in the 8th minute. The Tigers equalized in the 15th minute, but Andrea Borg launched a shot from the top of the box and scored a top-shelf goal in the 21st minute. After a slow start to the second half for both teams, Tim Ströbeck secured a 3-1 victory for the Pirates with an 80th minute strike.

- Seton Hall is 13-15-5 all-time against Princeton with a 2-1 record in their last three matches.

PIRATES SECURE SPOT IN BIG EAST CHAMPIONSHIP PLAYOFFS WITH 1-0 WIN OVER XAVIER
- Freshman Til Kauschke launched a shot from the top of the box in the 6th minute that barely clanged off the crossbar and kept the game scoreless. Kauschke would not be denied however, as in the 39th minute he converted a penalty kick caused by a Musketeer handball to put the Pirates up 1-0.
- in the 74th minute, the Pirates' Agustin Resch nearly scored a second for the Pirates goal off a corner kick. However, the Musketeers headed the ball off on the goal line, quashing a strong Pirates chance.
- Matias Molina registered his fourth clean sheet of the season two saves, pushing his save total to 21.
- The Pirates had four shots on goal to the Musketeers' two.
- Liam Guske, Jared Smith, Til Kauschke and Jon Vignir Pétursson have started every game for the Pirates.
- This was the 10th matchup between the two programs, the first of which came in 1979.
