| IN CASE OF MENTAL HEALTH EMERGENCY |

· Activate Emergency Action Plan (EAP) by calling 911 if threat to self or others.
· Call Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) at 973-761-9500 · Specify your location and telephone number · Give a brief description of the incident, and number of patients involved. · Provide condition of involved parties, i.e, injury, or illness followed by the care being provided. · Do not hang up until instructed. · Contact the Department of Sports Medicine as soon as the situation allows. |
