Michael Casaleggio enters his first season as director of baseball operations.

The Palm Beach Atlantic University graduate was a team captain and starting shortstop for two seasons, starting in more than 80 games with a career batting average of .270, six home runs, and more than 80 hits.

At Bergen Community College, Casaleggio was also a team captain and starting shortstop for two years. With a career batting average of .405, he was named NJCAA All-Region second team, All-Conference first team, and All-District first team in 2021 season.

Casaleggio previously served as an assistant coach for the Northeast Supreme, working with their 16U select baseball team. He also spent time as an instructor for Grit Baseball LLC in Pomona, N.Y., teaching baseball to youth and helping maintain the facility at Clover Stadium.
