How it Happened
The match opened quietly, with neither side generating any dangerous chances through the early portion of the night. That changed in the 28th minute when Hugo Gerbore (Moelan Sur Mer, France) was tripped up in the penalty box. Andrea Borg (Sliema, Malta) stepped up on the ensuing penalty kick and buried his third goal of the season to give the Pirates the lead.

It looked as if that would be the lone tally of the opening half, but the Pirates added insurance heading into the locker room. Off a corner kick in the 45th minute, a rebound fell to the foot of Berglund who blasted his first career goal into the roof of the net.

Bucknell was able to come out early in the second half and cut the deficit in half thanks to a goal by Waldemar Kattrup in the 50th minte. However, Seton Hall was able to recapture momentum shortly thereafter. In the 64th minute, Tomas Nunez (Longchamps, Argentina) found space moving upfield and dumped a pass off to Borg. The senior crossed one to the back post, finding Tim Ströbeck (Hasselholm, Sweden) who fired home his second goal of the season.
