The Hall Heads West To Begin Spring Break Swing

STOCKTON, Calif. - The Seton Hall softball team (6-2) begins its 11-game Spring Break trip over the weekend, venturing to the Golden State to participate in the 2017 Louisville Slugger Tournament hosted by Pacific. The Hall will take on East Carolina, Pacific and Portland State for five games in three days from March 3-5 at Bill Simoni Field.Â

- The Hall is 6-2 on the season, fresh off a strong showing at the ECU Pirate Invitational last weekend
- In that tournament, the Pirates defeated a pair of ACC foes in Virginia and Virginia Tech as well as Coppin State
- Seton Hall boasts one of the nation's top offenses, ranking top-15 in the country in batting average (.362, 15th), on-base percentage (.473, third), slugging percentage (.586, ninth) and runs per game (8.0, sixth)

- In addition to Fischer in the circle, freshman Reganne Camp (Bloomington, Ill.) holds a 2.10 ERA in 6.2 innings and Chrisa Head (Lewisville, Texas) checks in at 3.50 with a 1-0 record
