
Pirates Face Delaware Sunday in Final Non-Conference Tilt

SOUTH ORANGE, N.J. – The Seton Hall women's soccer team will return to action on Sunday, Sept. 22 for its final non-conference tilt of the season at the University of Delaware. The match is scheduled to begin at 1:00 p.m.

PIRATES FALL AT DREXEL
The Pirates suffered 1-0 loss to Drexel Thursday night at Vidas Field.  The Dragons scored the difference maker in the match's 31st minute. Drexel was awarded a corner kick on the near side in the match's 31st minute, and the kick sailed in the box on the far side where it got loose. Annalena O'Reilly got a hold of it and finished on the far post for her first career goal.

AGAINST DELAWARE
Seton Hall and Delaware will meet up for the second straight year. Last season, the teams played to a scoreless tie at Owen T. Carroll Field on Aug. 19.

Delaware enters the contest with a 4-4 overall record, but has lost its last two matches. Most recently, the Blue Hens fell 1-0 in double-overtime to Rutgers on Sunday. They've outscored their opponents, 11-to-7, so far this season. Among their losses, was a 1-0 setback to BIG EAST foe Villanova.
