South Orange, N.J. – Reigning BIG EAST Goalkeeper of the Week Kate Kleinsmith kept her momentum going with six saves as Seton Hall earned another point after a scoreless draw against Butler on Wednesday night. The clean sheet extends the Pirates' program-record shutout streak to seven straight matches. Seton Hall's shutout streak now stands at 699:45.

How it Happened
Despite Butler outshooting the Pirates on the night, 13-8, the shots on target was a much closer margin in favor of the visitors, 6-5. The Hall mounted some early pressure after a Butler surge out of the gates, as Gianna Angelillo fired the first Pirate shot in the 10^th minute and a set piece came Seton Hall's way in the 12^th minute, though neither could be converted.

The Pirates had a pair of golden chances midway through the opening half. In the 31^st minute, Jordana Bello found the ball at her feet at the edge of the penalty area, though her shot was handled by Bulldog keeper Addison Ash. Later in the 38^th minute, Sabrina Campbell found herself a similar scoring chance, however Ash was up to the challenge once again.

Seton Hall's best chance of the night came in the 54^th minute, as a ball played into the box found an open Gabriela Berrios right in front of the net. Berrios' header went right to the outstretched arms of Ash, who made another stop to keep things scoreless.
Kleinsmith's defense was stout in front of her all night, keeping Butler without a shot on target over the final 38 minutes of the match. The draw keeps Seton Hall unbeaten on the season at 4-0-4 overall.
