
Pirates Welcome UMass Lowell On Tuesday Night

SOUTH ORANGE, N.J. - The Seton Hall women's basketball team (5-1) is back at Walsh Gym on Tuesday night to host UMass Lowell (2-3) as a three-game home set rolls on. Tip-off between the Pirates and River Hawks is set for 7 p.m. on the Pirate Sports Network with John Fanta and David Gass on the call.Â
The Pirates were last in action on Sunday when they put on a show for the home crowd, running past St. Francis Brooklyn in a 100-77 victory. UMass Lowell last played against a familiar BIG EAST foe, dropping an 89-36 decision at Butler on Nov. 20. The Hall last faced UMass Lowell in the program's only meeting back 2013, a 97-68 victory for the Pirates at Walsh Gym.

- The River Hawks visit Walsh Gym with a 2-3 record on the year, picking up wins over Saint Peter's and Fisher College
- Brianna Rudolph leads UML with 11.2 points per game while Ren'Cia Rolling adds 8.0 points and team-highs of 5.6 rebounds and 5.2 assists per game
- The River Hawks average 57.0 points as a team and are shooting 40.1 percent on the year
