Pirates Host Georgetown Thursday For Senior Night

<strong>SOUTH ORANGE, N.J. – </strong>The Seton Hall women's soccer team (5-8-1, 1-5-0 BIG EAST) closes its regular-season home slate on Thursday night when it welcomes No. 7 Georgetown (12-1-2, 4-0-2) to Owen T. Carroll Field on Senior Night. Kick-off is set for 7 p.m. in a contest set to be broadcast on the BIG EAST Digital Network through the FOX Sports GO app.<br />

<strong><em>Prior to Thursday night's match The Hall will honor its five-member senior class of Illissa Blackshear (West Orange, N.J.), Cathy Chukuka (Marlboro, N.J.), Sarah Cortes (Paramus, N.J.), Sarah Fiorino (Glen Rock, N.J.) and Frankie Maier (Oradell, N.J.) with a special on-field ceremony. Get out to Owen T. Carroll early as the celebration will commence at 6:35 p.m. </em></strong><br />

The Pirates are coming off a tough 2-1 loss at Butler on Sunday afternoon despite Cortes notching her second goal of the season in the first half. The Hoyas most recently picked up a 2-0 victory at Marquette, also on Sunday, and remain unbeaten in BIG EAST play.<br />
