Jenna Best Named To BIG EAST Softball Honor Roll

PROVIDENCE, R.I. Senior Jenna Best (Medford, N.J.) was named to the BIG EAST Softball Weekly Honor Roll after hitting .667 and posting a 1.833 slugging percentage in two games.

 

In game one of a double-header at St. John’s, Best blasted her first two homers of the season, and drove in three runs. She followed that up with a 2-for-3 performance in game two where she doubled and drew a walk.

 

The Pirates will host Iona for a twinbilling on Tuesday, March 25, beginning at 3:00 p.m.
