Waldron Named to BIG EAST Softball Honor Roll

Providence, R.I. - Sophomore Kealan Waldron (Oak Park, Ill.) of the Seton Hall softball team was named to the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll for the week of Apr. 2, as announced by the conference on Monday. Waldron led the Pirates to a 4-4 week overall and a 3-1 mark in the BIG EAST.
Waldron hit safely in all eight games played, hitting .545 with six doubles and three RBI’s. Against Providence on Saturday, she ripped two doubles in game one, and added another in game two. Waldron’s big week has raised her average to a team-best .268.
Seton Hall is now 7-22 and 3-4 in the BIG EAST. The Pirates host Fordham for a double-header on Tuesday, Apr. 3 at 3:00 p.m.
