2021: Ran in all nine meets his senior season... Picked up seven top-five finishes amongst Pirates... Placed 21st overall and third on the Pirates with a time of 26:27.37 at the Salisbury Fall Classic (9/4)... Took seventh overall and fourth on the team with a time of 27:36.2 as the Pirates captured first at the Bill Fritz Invitational (9/11)... Finished 18th overall and fifth on the team at the Embry-Riddle Fall Classic (9/25) with a time of 28:11.71... Placed seventh on the Pirates in the Highlander XC Challenge (10/2) with a time of 27:34.53 as the Pirates took first in the meet... Placed 20th overall and third on the Pirates with a time of 28:23.4 at the Metropolitan Championships (10/8)... Took fifth amongst Pirates with a time of 29:18.83 at the Leopard Invitational (10/16)... Was the sixth Pirate to cross the finish line at the BIG EAST Championships (10/29) with a time of 28:21.7... Placed fourth on The Hall with a time of 34:49.1 at the NCAA Regionals (11/12)... Finished fifth among Hall finishers with a time of 27:48 at the IC4A/ECAC Championships (11/20).

2020-21: Competed at the 2020 BIG EAST Championships in the spring of 2021 and finished second on the Pirates with a time of 27:43.2.

2019: Finished six meets in his sophomore year... Placed 18th at the 23rd Annual Salisbury University Fall classic (8/31) with a time of 27:29.85... Finished 17th (second on team) with a time of 27:39.77 in the Wolfie Invitational (9/7)... Took 11th (third on team) to help the Pirates win the NYIT Invitational (9/14) with a time of 23:58.25... Ran in the NJIT Highlander XC Challenge (10/5) finishing with a time of 26:29.54... Placed 45th in the men's 5 mile race at Fordham University's Metropolitan championship (10/11) with a time of 28:26.70... Finished fourth on the squad with a time of 29:34.9 in the BIG EAST Championships... Named to BIG EAST All-Academic Team.

2018: Recorded a time of 20:22.4 at the Monmouth Kick-off (9/1) and placed 17th... Placed 17th again at the Stony Brook Invitational (9/8) with a time of 28:20.3... Competed in the Embry-Riddle Invitational (9/15) and finished with a time of 28:39.21... Highest placement in a race was recorded at the Cappy Anderson Invitational (9/22) at 7th place with a time of 27:54.50...Recorded fastest 5k time of 26:19 at NJIT Invitational (10/6) and placed 17th.

High School/Personal: Three-year letter winner in cross country and spring track in high school…Named an All-State runner in 2018…Holds his high school’s record in the two mile with a time of 9:33… Son of Jodre and Darren Allone.
