VERO BEACH, FLA. - The Seton Hall women's golf team return to action with two rounds of golf at the Northern Kentucky Invitational, hosted by Northern Kentucky University at Sandridge Golf Course, March 8-9.

THE COURSE:
Welcome to Sandridge Golf Club, owned and operated by Indian River County. Our Vero Beach golf facility boasts two 18-hole championship layouts designed by Ron Garl, the first of which opened in 1987 and the second in 1992. For over 20 years, both golf courses have been maintained with an unmatched passion and love for the classic game of golf.

Our first golf course is the Dunes Course, which opened to the public in 1987. This classic layout winds around an old ridge that runs up the East Coast of Florida and was once used for mining operations.

THE FIELD:
In addition to Seton Hall and host Northern Kentucky, the small field includes six other schools: Duquesne, Eastern Illinois, Purdue-Fort Wayne, Loyola Chicago and Saint Francis. BIG EAST rival St. John's is also in the field.Â

THE FORMAT:
Teams will play five golfers and count the four lowest scores per round.

Here's the lineup the Pirates will be bringing to Florida…
LAST TIME OUT:
Freshman Amelie Gras (Elancourt, France) shot an 8-over-par, 224, to help lift the Seton Hall women's golf team to a third-place team finish at the 2025 Babs Steffens Invitational on Feb. 25.

Gras was consistently terrific throughout the three-round event, using four birdies to fuel a team-best 2-over-par, 74, in round three. For the tournament, she placed eighth among 86 individual golfers with a career-low 8-over-par, 76-74-74-224.

As a team, the Pirates put forth their second strong performance to start the spring season. The highlight of the tournament was a second-round 6-over-par, 294. Coincidentally, the Pirates also shot a 6-over-par, 294, in the second round of their first tournament this spring, the Columbia Classic.   For the tournament, The Hall was 47-over-par with a 312-294-305-911, to place third in the field of 15 teams. Host Stetson won the team title at 12-over-par, while Jacksonville placed second at 29-over-par. Seton Hall's lone BIG EAST competition, St. John's, placed seventh at 77-over-par.Â
THE SCHEDULE:
The teams will play 18 rounds each day. Saturday will feature tee times beginning at 11:00 a.m. Sunday's final round will have a shotgun start at 8:30 a.m.
