SOUTH ORANGE, N.J. – The Seton Hall men's swimming & diving team was in control from the outset Friday evening and dispatched visiting Iona, 159-95, in a non-league dual meet at Arthur E. Imperatore Natatorium inside Regan Rec Center in the team's first competition in over a month.
Â
The quartet of sophomore Lior Grubert (Yehud-Monosson, Israel), freshmen Joshua Tosoni (Arnold, Md.) and Connor Phillips (Cape Town, South Africa), and sophomore Dakota Williams (Noank, Conn.) opened the night with a win in the 200-yard medley relay with a time of 1:36.23

"I'm very pleased coming off a very heavy week of training," said head coach Ron Farina. "It's the first time we've been in the water to race in nearly two months. It's good for them to work the kinks out as we gear up for the homestretch."
Â
Looking ahead, The Hall will travel to Rider next Friday for a 4:00 p.m. dual meet with the Broncs.
