The Hall Opens Home Slate With Quinnipiac On PSN

SOUTH ORANGE, N.J. – Fresh off its first win of the season at Army West Point, the Seton Hall women's soccer team (1-1-0) will return to the pitch for its first home match of the season on Monday against Quinnipiac (2-0-0). Kick-off from Owen T. Carroll Field is set for 7 p.m. and the contest will be streamed live and FREE on the Pirate Sports Network.
On Aug. 22 in West Point, freshman Siobhan McGovern (Cranford, N.J.) came up with a 97th minute golden goal winner after a scoreless regulation. It was the first career goal for McGovern and propelled The Hall to a 1-0 victory. Anna MacLean (Thunder Bay, Ontario) made three saves to notch her second career clean sheet.

The contest with QU is the start of a three-game home stretch for the Pirates, who will welcome Fordham on Sept. 1 before hosting Monmouth on Sept. 4.
