HARRISONBURG, VA. - The Seton Hall women's soccer team wrapped up its season-opening trip to the JMU Invitational on Sunday, falling to the host Dukes, 5-0.
As was the case on Friday, an early goal proved to be the difference as the Pirates were unable to complete a comeback after initially conceding in the 12th minute. Senior Amanda Gulli (Toms River, N.J.) who recorded The Hall's goal against the Tribe and classmate Emily Hansinger (Mount Laurel, N.J.) were named to the All-Tournament team for their efforts over the weekend.
The five James Madison goals came from four different players with Alyssa Zurlo netting the game-winner as part of a two-goal afternoon. Three of the tallies came after halftime.
