SOUTH ORANGE, N.J. - The 2014 BIG EAST Swimming & Diving Championships continue today from the Gloucester Institute of Technology in Sewell, N.J. with four events scheduled as both the men and women will participate in the 50 and 500-freestyles, the 200-IM and the 200-free relay.
Seton Hall heads into the day well positioned to make a move on both sides as the men lead the five-team competition with 120 points and the women stand in second with 138 points, sandwiched in between Georgetown (163) in first and Villanova (109) in third.
On day one, the SHU women shot out of the gates with school record times and third-place finishes in the 800-free and 200-medley competitions while the men added a third-place effort of their own in the 200-medley.
Heading into Thursday's preliminary action, let's take a look at where The Hall stacks up in each event on the docket:
