Tennis Garners Several Academic Awards

SOUTH ORANGE, N.J. - The Seton Hall tennis team earned the ITA All-Academic team award for a second straight year. To qualify, a team must have a minimum GPA of 3.2.
The Pirates also had three ITA scholar athletes; departed seniors Denise Liebschner and Liza Chu, along with junior Michelle Weerasinghe. Athletes must have higher than a GPA than 3.5 to be considered.
Earlier this year, the Hall posted an NCAA graduation rate of 100%. The national average for women's tennis was 67%.
