Pirates Open 2018-19 With Decisive Victory at Rider

Lawrenceville, N.J. – The Seton Hall women's swimming & diving team had stellar performances from senior Courtney McCardle (Hurley, N.Y.) and freshman Heidi Dickson (Greenwich, N.J.) on Saturday en route to a 170-126 victory in the 2018-19 season opener at Rider.
McCardle won the 50 and 100 free, while Dickson won the 200 and 500 free, and both were a part of the winning 400 free relay.
A total of six different Pirates won individual events as Seton Hall won its season-opener for the sixth time in the last seven years.
Up next, the Pirates visit Montclair State on Friday, Oct. 12 for a 5 p.m. non-conference meet.
