Pirates Host Fordham On Thursday For Youth Night

SOUTH ORANGE, N.J. – Continuing a three-game homestand, the Seton Hall women's soccer team (2-1-0) will play host to Fordham (1-1-1) on Thursday night at Owen T. Carroll Field. Kick-off is set for 7 p.m. and the contest will be broadcast live and for FREE on the Pirate Sports Network.
Thursay's contest also will be New Jersey Youth Soccer Night at The Hall. Children in middle and elementary school who are part of New Jersey Youth Soccer have the chance to participate in player walk out, be a ball boy or girl or play in a halftime game. Participation is on a first-come, first-serve basis and arriving by 6:30 p.m. is recommended. Click here for more information.
The Hall is back in action after a 2-1 comeback victory over Quinnipiac on Monday night, the second-straight victory for the Pirates. Trailing 1-0 early, Frankie Maier (Oradell, N.J.) served in a corner kick that led to a Marissa Aniolowski (Enfield, Conn.) goal in the 18th minute before Maier herself put the Pirates ahead for good in the 36th minute.

Following the contest with Fordham, the Pirates are back home on Sunday, Sept. 4 when they welcome local rival Monmouth to Owen T. Carroll Field.
