Patrick Murray '64, MBA '72 served as Seton Hall's Chairman of the Board of Regents from 2010-19 and has been a pillar of leadership for the University, helping guide Seton Hall through the creation of two new schools and colleges, the new Interprofessional Health Sciences campus and several new buildings on the South Orange campus. During his tenure, Seton Hall Athletics won seven BIG EAST championships and earned 11 NCAA Tournament appearances. In 2016, he and his wife, Mary Ann, made a $5 million gift to the University that included funds for the renovation of the Richie Regan Recreation & Athletic Center and in support of the department's annual leadership forum, which was renamed the Patrick M. & Mary Ann Pfaff Murray Leadership Forum.
