Nicholas Galis

Nicholas Galis was an explosive scorer at Seton Hall, evidenced by his 27.5 points per game average during his senior year in 1978–79. He was the NCAA’s third leading scorer that season and received the Haggerty Award as the Metropolitan Area’s most outstanding player and ECAC Player of the Year honors. At the time of his induction, he was eighth in school history with 1,651 points (15.4 points per game) and shared the team record for most single-game field goals made (21). After graduation, he went on to play professional basketball in Greece.
