Nick Heinemann enters his second season as an assistant coach at Seton Hall and he currently serves as technical director at the prestigious Player Development Academy.
Heinemann has held a myriad of roles at Player Development Academy including tournament director, director of camps and programs and youth technical director before solidifying his current post as technical director of the organization. As technical director, Heinemann oversees 12 coaches at PDA, recruitment of players and serves as liaison between PDA and U.S. Soccer. He has also been the head coach of ECNL Blue Team since 2013 where he has developed multiple U.S. Youth National Team players, won a national championship in 2019 and advanced to the national finals this past year. Heinemann holds a USSF A License.
A native of Yorkshire, England, Heinemann played professionally in England and the United States from 2001-05. His first taste of coaching came with the New York Red Bulls in youth development before joining Far Post Soccer in Flemington, New Jersey in 2009.
Both will work under first-year head coach Josh Osit, a New Jersey native who has had success as a recruiter and tactician within Northeast Div. I soccer for a decade.
