Pirates Suffer Pair of Road Setbacks

Milwaukee, Wis. – The Seton Hall women's tennis team fell 4-3 at DePaul on Saturday evening and 4-2 at Marquette on Sunday afternoon in the regular season finale.
Against DePaul on Saturday, Seton Hall won the doubles point behind 7-6 wins at the top two flights from senior Anicka Fajnorova (Bratislava, Slovakia) and freshman Regina Pitts (Los Angeles, Calif.) and senior Thandy Kangwa (Ft. Myers, Fla.) and junior Minja Gligic (Belgrade, Serbia).
However, the host Blue Demons took each of the top four singles matchups to secure the victory.
On Sunday, the Pirates yet again came away with the doubles point, but Marquette clinched the match with a tightly-contested victory at the top singles flight.
