
MSOC BIG EAST Match Postponed

SOUTH ORANGE, N.J. - The Seton Hall University men's soccer team's 2012 BIG EAST Tournament first round match at Villanova has been postponed, and is now scheduled for Thursday, Nov. 1, at Villanova University at 2 p.m.
The match is still currently scheduled to take place at the Villanova Soccer Complex on Thursday afternoon, but if Villanova's field is not playable by gametime on Thursday then the match will be moved to an alternative site, still to be played on Nov. 1.
Seton Hall is making its first appearance in the BIG EAST Tournament after finishing in fifth place in the BIG EAST Blue Division during the regular season. Villanova secured the No. 4 seed out of the Red Division. The two teams did not meet during the 2012 regular season.
The winner of Thursday's first round match will advance to face No. 6 Connecticut in the BIG EAST Quarterfinals on Saturday, Nov. 3, in Storrs, Conn., at 7 p.m.
