A 1962 graduate of the Seton Hall School of Education, Susan Patton compiled a 162-57-1 record during her career as Seton Hall’s women’s tennis coach with her teams recording winning records in 17 of her 18 years. Her 1982 team went undefeated (10-0-1) and won the NJAIAW Championship, and the 1983 squad was 9-1 and also claimed the NJAIAW title. From 1976–80, she guided the squads to a combined 57-13 record, including an outstanding 14-1 squad in 1977. She also served as head coach of the men’s tennis team for six seasons prior to retiring in 1990
