Father John Mannion was co-founder of the Winner’s Circle, a group dedicated to supporting and enhancing Seton Hall Athletics through fundraising, which eventually grew into what is now known as Pirate Blue. He served as the chaplain for both the University and Athletics for 17 years. He also served as chaplain for Pirate Blue, the New Jersey State Police, the 200 Club of Union, the Women of Irish Heritage (West Orange), the National Football League and the Buffalo Bills.
