Flirtisha Harris

Flirtisha Harris was simply dominant during her four years at Seton Hall, earning All-American status at the NCAA Championship 13 times and taking home four NCAA individual or relay titles. In 1994, at both the Indoor and Outdoor NCAA Championships, she won the 400-meter run while helping the 1600-meter relay team to victory twice. Additional significant honors include four-time BIG EAST Most Outstanding Performer; NCAA District 2 Female Track Athlete of the Year (1994); New Jersey Sportswriters Association Woman of the Year (1995); and Eastern Track College Women’s Athlete of the Year (1994). At the time of her induction, she held school records in numerous events, including the 200 and 400-meter runs (outdoor), 55, 200, and 400-meter runs (indoor), and was a member of several record-setting relay teams.
