Dr. Gerald L. Cetrulo

A member of the 1932 U.S. Olympic fencing team and a decorated fencing coach at the high school level, Dr. Gerald Cetrulo introduced fencing to Seton Hall in 1937, and within one year built a powerful and successful team which was undefeated and achieved nationwide fame. As coach for five seasons, he garnered a string of accomplishments which include 70 straight victories, two National Collegiate Championships and four Eastern Collegiate Championships.
