2019-20: Part of the second place 200 Free Relay team In the Monmouth/Montclair Tri-Meet (10/18)... Placed third as part of the 200 Medley Relay team at Fairfield (1/12)... Took third leading off the 200 Free Relay in the Georgetown/Providence Tri-Meet (1/31).

2018-19: Part of the winning team in the 200 Free Relay (1:40.24) at Monmouth on Jan. 17...Part of the 200 Free Relay winning team (1:40.75) vs. St. Peter's on Jan. 25.

2017-18: Won the 50 Free (24.92) against Rider...Finished second in the 50 Free (24.94) against UMBC.

2016-17: Placed 8th in the 50 Free and 5th in the 100 Free (2/22)...Was member of the 200 medley winning team (1:51.00) against Iona, also finished first in the 50 free (24.94) and 200 free (1:59.00) (1/6/17)... Won the 50-free against St.Peters and Montclair State(10/7) with a time of 24.84...Won 200- free with a time of f 1:59.46 and the 100- free in a time of 55.20 against Monmouth(10/25)... Won the 200 medley relay with a time of 1:49.24 along with Aitana Robinson, Jordan Decker and Sydney Simpson against Providence(10/29)... Won the 50-free with a time of 25.22 against Providence(10/29)... Won the 100-free with a time of 55.22 against Providence(10/29)... Won the 200-free along with Aitana Robinson, Courtney McCardle and Kylene Ronayne with a time of 1:41.49 against Providence(10/29)... Set a school record in the 400 free relay along with Jordan Decker, Courtney McCardle and Clara Capone with a time of 3:28.54 in the Patriot Invitational(11/17).

Before SHU/Personal: Four year varsity swimmer at Conard High School...named to the All-Conference team and All-State team all four years of high school...holds high school records in the 50-free, 100-free, 100-back, 200-free relay, and 200-medly relay...Daughter of Katherine and Micheal Capone...Plans to major in graphic design...Born February 14, 1998.
