SOUTH ORANGE, N.J. – Seton Hall Head Coach Natalie Desjardins announced the 2025 Seton Hall women's golf fall schedule on Wednesday. The Pirates will participate in five tournaments this fall.
Â
Seton Hall will open the 2025-26 year with a new tournament, the Georgia Southern Invitational, to be held at Forest Heights Golf Club in Statesboro, Ga., September 8-9.
Â
Two weeks later, The Hall will play an old staple on their fall schedule, the Nittany Lion Invitational. The three-round tournament hosted by Penn State will take place on the University's Blue Course, Sept. 21-22. This is the seventh time in the last nine years that the Pirates have visited State College. Most recently, The Hall placed ninth with a 46-over-par, 310-300-300-910, last fall. Marta Aguilar (Casares Malaga, Spain) tied for ninth at 5-over-par to lead the way.
Â
To open the month of October, Seton Hall will take on the Princeton Invitational, Oct. 4-5, at Springdale Golf Club. It will be the 13th time in 16 years that the Pirates have participated in the event. Most recently, The Hall placed eighth with a 58-over-par, 314-296-300-910 in last year's event.Â
Â
The Hall will look to defend its title when it returns to the UAlbany Invitational, Oct. 12-13, at Normanside Golf Club in Delmar, N.Y. The Pirates won the rain-shortened event last fall with a 41-over-par, 303-298-601, to edge Boston University by one stroke. Aguilar tied for the individual crown of the event with a 5-over-par, 74-71-145.
Â
Finally, the Pirates will conclude play in the fall with another familiar tournament, the Delaware Lady Blue Hen Invitational, Oct. 18-19, at Rehoboth Beach Country Club in Rehoboth Beach, Del. Hosted by the University of Delaware, the Pirates placed eighth last fall following a 50-over-par, 311-302-301-914. Aguilar again led the Pirates, tying for 14th at 6-over-par. This will be the ninth time in the last 11 years playing the event for Seton Hall. The Pirates claimed the team title in 2018.
